C.A.R.E.S. (Cardiac Assessment Rapid Evaluation Service)

Patients who are seen and evaluated in the hospital for cardiac related symptoms and yet not admitted, may be referred to our CARES program and seen in clinic for follow-up and additional diagnostic tests within 48 hours. Results are immediately forwarded to your primary care physician in order to facilitate continuity of care.
